What Are The Requirements?
Acceptance into our program is limited and based on approval after we have reviewed your application.
- Lawyers must be in good standing with at least one bar, have malpractice insurance, and have been practicing technology-related business law for 5+ years.
- Participating firms must agree to provide referred VENTAC Members free initial consultation calls (up to 30 minutes).
- Any legal work performed for VENTAC Members must be discounted at least 20% off “rack” rates.
- Lawyers deal directly with VENTAC Members for client engagements, fees, etc., if engaged for additional work.
